Caylan is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. His experience in pro audio and band instruments is super.

Pretty disappointed this place has its doors locked. What's the point of being "open" if you lock the doors and only do curbside dropoffs. Lol.

They're seriously having a downfall in quality, just spent a ton of money and time for them to fix something, they didn't fix that issue, and did a bunch of other things that just cost more money in the end

Friendly staff and helpful too. Got some guitar work done and it came out to less than what I was quoted. Fixed my gear up great! My go to for music shopping.

Very nice young man. He's going to college to be a band director, and showed Phillip how to put the top piece of his saxaphone on, in order to then put the mouth piece on. The RUDE lady in Beaumont Texas, at Swicegood Music Store asked the brand name, and when I told her, she said that's not a good brand. I said I'm sorry you feel this way, but he simply wants to learn how to play not try to be a professional.

We rented a clarinet from Perry's at a very reasonable price. The employee was helpful and easy to work with, wish I remembered his name.

Please don't take your instrument here to be repaired. They know nothing about instruments. My clarinet was butchered. Everyone else I know that has taken their instrument here for a repair has had the worst possible experience. If you love your instrument, just go to Swicegood in Beaumont.
