Ragland Piano performs anything from minor repair work to complete restorations including cabinet work, moving and more. We have also greatly expanded our ability to convert acoustic pianos to digit. We've all heard that pianos shouldn't be placed on an outside wall. How accurate is this statement? The piano as an instrument is over 300 years old and in the not so distant past it was certainly.

Almost all manufacturers recommend having your piano tuned once every six months. It's often possible to stretch that to a year without adverse results; however, going past that point can mean a tun.
Services
Because of the value offered by digital pianos, the costs associated with prepping a used piano and the increasing difficulty finding local tuners we have ceased offering all but professional level used vertical pianos. In recent years digital pianos have gone up in quality, down in price and have reached the point they make a better starter instrument than almost all spinet or console pianos.
While we have certainly performed numerous player piano restorations in the past, our focus has become the manufacture and distribution of parts for pianos and player pianos. Interested in restoring your own player mechanism? Great! We can help. Need a player? Look below. Another wonderful piano with potential - a Baldwin model G 5' 6 baby grand, serial number 61890, built in 1929. Original condition. Mahogany cabinet, genuine ivory keytops. This is a really good piano, worth restoring. Lester isn't generally a piano that comes to peoples minds when thinking about exceptional grand pianos.
Please read through these instructions and contact me if you have any questions before, during, or after the installation process. If working anywhere near electrical wiring for a suction motor, lights, etc. please make certain the power is disconnected before starting installation! Finger placement is important and one way to control travel distance of the pneumatic. A finger overhanging the open end of the pneumatic will have more travel and less power (though usually enough to shift a transmission).

Exactly as described product - performed perfectly - arrived super fast, great price and shipped very carefully between large bubble wrap so arrived very much intact. Highly recommend Ragland. Thanks to a great supplier.

This is a great company to purchase supplies from. Mr. Gustafson has been very helpful, and he's very knowledgeable. I would recommend buying from them in person or on eBay. (Their seller name is "ragland.")
