Since 1991 DP Music Center has been a major supplier of musical instruments & sound equipment to the Central Pennsylvania area. DP's Music is owned & operated by Lewistown resident & musician Dustin Pollock & is conveniently located along Rt. 22 just west of Lewistown, across from Wal-mart.

No inventory, the store is almost empty. No one to talk to for help. Came in, looked at the empty store and left. The only employee was to busy to answer questions I guess.

The employees are helpful and answered my questions without making me feel like I'm a pain. I rented a flute for my daughter through them and it was a quick and painless process. A+++ for customer service!

Just dropped by to grab some guitar strings, but the staff were all very helpful and didn't hover while I checked the place out. Not a huge selection, but they definitely have anything you might need in a pinch. I was happy to see that Lewistown had a place to pick up some new strings.

They always greet you with a smile. They're always willing to help you figure out what you're looking for. (Even if you're not going to buy there that day, they will help you with any of your musical needs) they offer a great range of instruments both nee and used guitars, (acoustic and electric) basses, amps, drums, pa equipment, other percussive instruments, as well as other stringed instruments. (Ukelale, banjo, dobro, etc) their prices are always great. And they love to help out a loyal customer!
