I brought my flute in for a malfunctioning key thinking I would need to leave it. Alec repaired it on the spot in about 15 minutes. Very friendly and capable at a very fair price. I'll be bringing my back up flute in for more major intervention in two days. I am so pleased!

I received multiple suggestions to visit Buckeye for service on my horns, and though the work isn't finished, I'm convinced they're in great hands. Working with Rob to develop the best service for the multiple horns I brought in was fun and I could tell how invested and excited he is for working on instruments. His honest input into how much the repairs would cost made decisions easy, and I'm eagerly awaiting the customization we're doing, too, as I know it'll be done properly and will be exactly what I'm looking for.

My sincere thanks to Korey for his recent work on my King 4B. The inner bell had some scratches and he was able to bring the bell back to better-than-new condition. Top notch work!

This place is awesome. They have a stellar selection of instruments alongside an exceptional repair team. I've seen the clarinet repair tech work first hand and he is very good at what he does. Everyone is knowledgeable and passionate about music and instruments in particular. They're housed in an old church, so the acoustics are outstanding. They have small practice rooms too, but play a few notes on the sanctuary if you get a chance.

This was my first visit to the new location in the former church. Amazing amount of instruments on display. Received a warm greeting and was given professional advice regarding my son's instrument, and lots of tips and suggestions on how he can become a better musician. Location feels like a performance hall. Love the resident shop dog! Very friendly. Will definitely return whenever we need help.

Great music shoppe They have a great space, great staff and amazing products and services. Hands down the best music store I've ever been to dealing exclusively in brass and wind instruments! Enjoyed my trip and looking forward to having an excuse to go back.

Had a repair done some time ago and it was good except for two things. They messed up my lead pipe, which they grudgingly fixed and then the owner tried to distract me from what they did by lying about there being red rot on the lead pipe.which there wasn't. The owner can be nice, but can be very aggressive and try to get his way if something goes wrong.
