Morgan Music staff responded quickly to text message requests for information on the instrument I was interested in. I drove down to the store the next day and met the friendly and courteous team. We worked out a solid and straight forward deal including a trade in. I already had a good opinion of this store from visiting in the past so it was no surprise to me that I had a great buying experience.

Quality products and the BEST acoustic shop anywhere. What they tell you, you can believe and trust. It is what they say it is. They have a great reputation to keep up.

Unless you're an expert don't go in this store expecting to be treated as a valued customer. Went in for some #3 alto sax reeds and soon tired of the condescending attitude of the guy behind the counter. It was like that last time also when I went to buy some oil for a trumpet. There's no need for the argumentative and superior attitude towards a customer who comes in to give you money. Maybe climb off your high horse and be courteous and helpful to those with less knowledge. I'll be finding another store.

Been there a few times with my guitar, cleaned my 52 year old Gibson Guitar put new strings on my Gibson looks really good and sounds much better.
