Currently taking guitar lessons from a knowledgeable instructor at Eureka Music. I have always had a great experience while shopping Eureka Music. They always had what I needed and treated me well. Reasonable prices, lay a way programs etc. I suggest everyone to stop in and say hi and check things out.

This is the last place in the world i suggest buying any drum equipment from. I walked in ready to buy a new pair of hi-hats but their selection was very little. It was obvious that not a single employee at this music shop knew anything about drums just based off how everything was displayed. The shop doesn't seem to have any passion for music, and was just an unwelcoming awkward place.

I would like to give a shout out to the Owners of Eureka Music Center for their knowledge and available to help choose the right instrument. They take the time to make sure you make the best decision for you and your needs.

I love Eureka Music Center! The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable but they go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. Their selection is great and covers a broad price range. No matter if you're just starting out or you're a seasoned musician, you'll love Eureka Music Center!

You can't go wrong with this music shop. Great items at great prices, used and new. Their customer service is great and they always seem to find exactly what I need. Professional music lessons and rentals at very reasonable prices.

Great music shop with fair prices and services. Everyone I've encountered there has been kind and welcoming. Thankful to have such an awesome place nearby.

Staff was helpful, professional and polite. Have purchased a guitar, keyboard and ukulele for our family as well as 2 ukuleles for gifts. Very pleased with the instruments and the service. Will keep coming back!

Lawrence is beyond rude. I first called him about selling equipment my inlaws have acquired over the years with 4 musically inclined sons. He informed me that if I brought the items in, he would charge a fee to look at the items and I should send a list. So I emailed over pictures. His only response was "No, thanks". No insight, or reason, which is fine if I'm selling on Facebook, but the lack of insight was frustrating.

I then called and he was quite rude. He claimed to not be interested because the pictures didn't show him enough information on some equipment and others weren't high end enough. He doesn't sell low end equipment, I guess. Instead of asking for better pictures, just "No thanks." He then also implied that I was selling stolen equipment. Wow. All in all, I'd give zero stars if I could.

An amazing shop that truly cares about its customers needs. They make sure that everyone who walks in leaves with equipment, instruments, or information to help them succeed in music. I have bought several instruments from them and they are all high-quality and play great. I highly recommend music lovers visit Eureka Music Center!

I had Eureka Music setup my guitar and they made it unplayable. They removed a piece on my bridge and put a a part that was the wrong size(the size is marked on the bottom of the piece). I called and left a message for management explaining my issue and never received a call back. I called several days later and spoke to who I think was the owner and he showed such a complete lack of empathy that I will not return to his store.

If a beginner musician has their instrument setup like mine, they may not know the instrument setup was wrong and it may prevent them from learning or cause them to quit playing.
