Purchased the Romero Creations RC-ST-K Concert Ukulele. Received it yesterday and it's everything I was expecting. Tiny Tenor sound in a soprano length instrument. Comes stringed with Low G and sounds lovely. This will be my new travel ukulele for work and pleasure. Great service from Gerry, highly recommended if you're looking for musical instrument.

I was anxious about going into a guitar shop with little knowledge but I was quickly put at ease stepping into the Guitar Gallery. It was a wonderful personal experience and I even liked Gerry so much that I named my guitar after him.

Great service, and very interesting range. Helpful information about why certain models are stocked, how the price points compare, and tips on how to choose instruments appropriate to needs. No judgement for different backgrounds or needs, either, just helpful suggestions. Also fast, knowledgeable, and professional technical service (changing strings, raising/lowering action, matching the right strings for an instrument, etc).

It's a place where you can get really serious advice about your various stringed instruments. Curates a good range of guitars. I appreciate the gladiators as a preferable alternative to the Fender Strat for a better price, and I had a similar experience buying a classical guitar today. Stocks things worth having and is a good for a frank discussion about your instruments

Ordered a guitar online. Guitar Gallery was one of the only retailers in Australia I was able to find this particular model. Really positive experience. Communication/ customer service via email and phone was great. The guitar was packaged well, shipped promptly and arrived in 2 days. Really happy with how it all went.

This shop has the widest range of Gypsy Jazz guitars I've seen so far (at least in Melbourne). If you are looking for one, I recommend coming here first. Bought a nice Gitane today. Friendly and helpful owner.

After a lot of searching for a particular guitar I finally found 1 at Guitar Gallery. This item was out of stock everywhere I tried and these stores did not look likely to get stock for months. I was lucky to find A Bourbon Street tricone at Guitar Gallery, their last, and Gerry could not have been more helpful. The Guitar arrived safe and sound from Victoria to far North Coast NSW where I live, yesterday and plays beautifully. Thanks Gerry. You epitomise good customer service.
