Clarke is the one who informed us about Boston pianos, and it lead us to our purchase of a Boston grand in Michigan. If it weren't for him, we would have never found the piano of our dreams.

There is no question that a purchase of a Steinway grand - Spirio - is a lifetime dream. Pritchard pianos and the owner - Clarke Dawson - made that possible for me in November. The staff - especially the owner Clarke - is 1st class in everything they do. No big come push for any sale - no pressure - he let's the piano sell itself. And a Steinway grand does just that.

Piano was delivered in early November - set up by a professional group of movers. The gentleman who set up the Spirio connection - superb. The experience I had in that store - couldn't be any better. Professional, classy, 1st class. I would strongly recommend looking at pianos in this store - before purchasing anywhere else. Clarke Dawson is one class act - one fabulous gentleman. Recommend without reservation.

This is an amazing place! If you are shopping for an acoustic or digital piano, please do yourself a favor and go to Pritchard's. Places like this hardly exist anymore. It's truly piano heaven! A wonderful selection of pre-owned pianos of various manufacturers, new Steinways and Rolands. Gorgeous instruments of the finest quality and sold by a store that has been in business for 54 years.

I dealt with a gentleman named Clark Dawson who simply knows everything there is to know about Steinways and truly loves the instruments he sells. The digital Rolands are top of the line as well. You cannot go wrong in this store.

Great experience and super professional staff! Pritchard has a beautiful showroom of gorgeous affordable pianos, and they deliver. I found just what I was looking for in a gorgeous and pristine used Kawai that I love! I can't stop playing it! They also support Guide Dogs and treated me right as a Veteran. Great piano store, great service. The staff picked up our piano, upgraded the player, tuned it and delivered it back to us. Tremendous buying experience! I went in looking for a piano to get back into playing after taking a few years off. The staff was amazing and encouraging, and helped me find the perfect piano to continue on my music journey! Highly recommend!

Called about a month or so ago and spoke to one of the sales men in regard to a reasonably priced baby grand piano and asked how much they would give me for a trade in on my Yamaha console. They offered me a lowball price to begin with and I also asked about lay-away since I knew my credit was challenged at that point. Sales man said he would call me back the following day regarding possible lay-away. Needless to say he never called me back and left me with the attitude that this possible sale and a lay-away request wasn't their way of doing business, and was beneath them.

I did sense a bit of arrogance from Pritchards. A friend of mine also visited them several months ago and experienced a negative attitude. I guess if you aren't equipped to buy a Steinway. you aren't their kind of customer. Bought a grand piano elsewhere.with lay-away.

I've been teaching piano in Sarasota for 30 years and finally had the ability to purchase a new piano for myself and my studio. I'm so grateful to Clark for helping make the purchase possible. I'm thrilled with my Essex piano. It is beautiful to play and to listen to, or just look at! My students also love playing on the Essex. Pritchards gave me the deal of a lifetime on a brand Spanking new "B". They say if you're gonna get a piano, get a Grand. But if you get a grand, get a Steinway. But if you get a Steinway, get a B. And I say if you get a B, get one from Pritchards Pianos, and if you get one from Pritchards, make sure Ken Snow tunes and voices it. Ken will make your B sing like a virtuoso and it will give you goosebumps and it will wake you up in the middle of the night and call out to you to play it. And only Pritchards has Ken Snow who is hands down best Steinway Technician in continental USA.

This is the words experience I ever had, we when for a piano and will like to finance it but because of a prior credit issue that I had was denied the owner Dave ask if I can have someone else apply and I had my dad apply and they did not even wanted to run his application because the Piano will be deliver to my address, then Dave ask if there was another way that we could play for the Piano I again ran out of my way and got my mother to put it on her credit card I call Dave and gave him the CC number and he call me later that afternoon and told me that he could not use the CC because it could be charge back he ask me if I can just do a wire transfer so I got the cash advance from the CC and call him to get his wire transfer information to transfer the money and he did not even wanted to take my call he had his store manager call me and tell me that they have sold the piano and that they will not have another one in stock. Will never do business with someone like this again.

Have to gibe these guys credit. We bought a baby grand for our son to practice on. It's a nice piece of furniture. The staff were very helpful, we didn't want to spend a fortune but wanted something nice in our home. They suggested a few pianos and were very reasonable on price. The delivery guys were great and made light work of setting up the piano. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for a piano.

We got our Kawai Piano a few years ago and tried to force our first daughter to become a genius. While this didn't work (go guess, right:) - to our surprise our second daughter started playing with the piano when she was two. She takes lessons now and sits down every day to play her own tunes. It fills the house with joy listening to a young girl playing with passion. Pritchard's Pianos not only sold us the Piano, they also care and send somebody for service and tuning.
