Arizona Music Pro

Since moving to AZ I really wanted to buy a guitar but I was extremely patient and not brand specific in what I wanted. I prefer to play prog rock and metal so electric is more my vibe. On the website, the advertised guitars are nearly all acoustic so I didn't pop in here first and that was my mistake. I drove 2.5 hours to Guitar Center in Phoenix just to play nearly every guitar on the wall.

Every one had some sort of issue and wasn't for me. The next week I decided I'd try the local shop in case someone returned a nice electric by chance. Jack was so absolutely helpful and showed me a small yet solid selection of guitars but a white Ibanez caught my eye. He said they just got it in and Neil set it up. I cannot tell you the Goldilocks feeling of playing a guitar set up JUST RIGHT and surpassing the feel of guitars twice the price.

Don't skip this place if you're in the market for an electric! Save your gas money and let Jack help you find what you need. I can't believe the guitar I was looking for was right here in Flag. Thanks guys!

I took my guitar in yesterday to get the bridge fixed and was planing on leaving it. Neal took a look and was able to replace it right away and did a great job. Not only did he teach me what he was doing, he also explained the different ways it could be done wrong. Great service, Great skilled Technician. VERY HAPPY!

Jack and Aspen provided us with top-notch care today, from the time we arrived. We were greeted with smiling faces, who welcomed us inside. They were ready to answer all our questions, and very knowledgeable. Easy going and lighthearted, we all laughed and joked around. They really contributed a lot to our overall experience. Im very comfortable putting my teenager in their hands when he needs musical equipment and guidance, as he explores his passion for making music.

The staff at AMP really gives off a vibe they know what they are talking about, and they are there because they share a passion for music- it isn't just a job to these people. As Flagstaff is my home town, I'm very grateful for how AMP represents enrichment for our community. Music is woven into the lifeforce of our family's fabric. There's magic in it. Neil from the service department was an amazing help today. I brought a new guitar that had some fret buzz and immediately he knew what the problem was and fixed it. He also took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix it. A great guy who I will definitely be going to for future repairs. The rest of the workers at AMP were also very kind and helpful.

Thank you AMP and especially Neil, for the great service and patience. Not only did he fix the issue with my guitar but took the time to explain what he was doing while he diagnosed the problem. I appreciate the education and the time taken. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Neil was very helpful and although I wasn't able to give him my guitar to be fixed due to personal scheduling issues, he helped me out by giving advice and parts that I could have to replace myself. Super nice staff here!

Brought in my acoustic guitar for adjustment since the action was getting a bit too high and Neil was very helpful! He adjusted the truss rod for me right away which improved things and gave me detailed and helpful information about how I could further fix the issue if I wanted to either leave it with him or adjust it myself. I appreciated his willingness to share knowledge, patience as I learned, and helpfulness adjusting my guitar. Thanks!

Huge thank you to Jack who helped fix my record player (which holds great sentimental value)! Not only did he have a lot of knowledge about vinyls and audio turntables, he was very kind and a joy to chat with! I'd love to see vinyls sold at AZ music pro to give me an excuse to come back to the shop! :)

This spot is awesome. I went in looking for an amp and speakers for my turntable and Jack was super helpful since I am very naive to that whole world. He showed me a bunch of different options and answered all of my questions. I was a little bummed to find out AZ music pro doesn't sell records. It seems like it would be a great location to sell records since flag doesn't have a record shop. Y'all should sell records!

Tony did an amazing restring on this LTD George Lynch model with a Floyd Rose Special. He's worked on other instruments of mine and always found myself delighted with his work, I've seen how he helps anyone that walks through that door even if busy, he will still take the time to check it out.
